We specialize in Residential Appraising, encompassing Conventional Stick Built, Manufactured, Condominium and 1-4 Unit Multi-Family Housing; each with or without the added FHA requirements.
Our primary goal is to produce an Honest, Accurate Real Estate Appraisal. We prepare for the Lender and engage with Lawyers, Estates and Private Parties for personal real estate valuation needs.
We believe in a professional spirit, keeping up-to-date with our continuing education requirements and follow all of the Appraisal USPAP regulations. At this time we have chosen not to have Appraiser Assistants/Apprentices in our office.
